Well, we celebrated (sorta) the Fourth of July today with my congregation. We had a picnic in the park. It was a blast. After we prayed for the meal, they said, "we have hotdogs and hamburgers for the Americans and for you Brits we have white flags for you to surrender with. Anf you French thank you." So as you can tell it was a very entertaining day. The only down side is no fireworks. We heard a very few but they were far off. So if you read this be the dark of night hits, enjoy the fireworks for me please. Love, and update more soon.
Oh and the say now that it was not a terrorist attack, but that the guy simply lost it.

Oh we definitely enjoyed fireworks for you! Besides the huge city display - which we can see from our backyard - we also have Vietnamese neighbors who blast off fireworks year-around! WAAAAHOOOO!
